Manager Data Services Product Marketing

Job Role:

• Provide advocacy to the trade (sales, distributer, canvasser etc) about our products and services and ensure they understand and be our ambassadors.
• Listen to feedback from the trade on how better we can improve our services and provide inputs to the product development team.
• Listen to feedback from the trade on how better we can market our services and provide inputs to the MARCOMM team in campaign development including coordination, analysis and continual monitoring for progress
• Provide support to the product development team on product launches to ensure the product is introduced to the trade in the most efficient way possible meaning all POSM available, training completed, trades understanding of the service etc
• Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to win over them
• Help the channel team to open new channels

Region:
The employees will be located in Jakarta – HQ, but will be handling the regions specifically to the area that has been given for them to maintain and be responsible
The region are:
1. KALISULA
2. SUMAPA
3. JAVA

Qualification and Experience:
Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Very strong written, verbal and presentation communication & interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel 75%
• Possess a strong understanding of marketing tools, sales and marketing plan, proposition plan and development of operating plan

Experience:

• 5+ years of product/marketing/sales/customer service experience
• Handled telecommunication/internet services/retail sectors
• Having experienced at the region woul be an advantage

Skills:

• Skilled in competitor analysis, market research and product enhancement developments
• Business oriented activities like strategizing how the decision criteria of the prospects or customers can be changed so that they buy the product
• Strong Project Management Skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• Writing, reading and presentation skills in English language
• Proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Data Analysis  and computer skills
